As the old year fades, new dawn’s light appears.

My canvas fresh, hopes bright and tears are dry.

Gone are the shadows, gone too are my fears.

The future calls me with a soft, sly “Hi”.

Heart strong and steady under the wide sky,

I vow to seize more moments, bold and true,

To chase the stars until my dreams come through.

Embrace change and shed the old years away,

No more shall the past change my spirit’s hue.

With new courage, a new life is conveyed.
